Dr Tereza Novotna presented her research and held a lecture on "Between Maximum Pressure and Minimum Engagement: The EU´s Foreign Policy Towards North Korea" at the University of California in Berkeley on 7 May 2019. The event was co-organized by UC Berkeley's Institute for European Studies, Institute for East Asian Studies and the Center for Korean Studies.
